CRISPY TASTY FRIED PORK BELLY - SIMPLEST RECIPE

Does the winter wind stop you from visiting the supermarket and grabbing ready-to-eat fried pork belly? Why don't you try a simpler yet tasty and delicious fried pork belly recipe? For common Vietnamese, this is among the best lunch choices on busy days.


šŸšAll you need is white rice, pork (you should use pork belly) and VieGou lemongrass pepper salt.


  • You can try sweetened fish sauce for a more authentic Vietnamese taste!Ā 


🄩Ingredients

Pork belly: 300 grams

Lemongrass, pepper, salt, chilli: 150 grams

Cooking oil or Air-fryer








  • Step 1: Wash the pork and dry out.

  • Step 2: Scatter lemongrass pepper salt all over the 2 sides of the pork and leave it for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Heat up a pan and pour cooking oil in (the amount of oil should be enough for frying the pork). Or using Air fryer for more convenience.

  • Step 4: Put the pork in, fry until one side turns brown then flip to the other side. Don’t forget to fry the skin. When all 4 sides have a nice brown color, take the pork out.

  • Step 5: Cut the pork into small pieces and put it on the dish.
