With this shake fruit, you can apply it to any kind of fruit and adjust the recipe to your liking. In this recipe, we will be using strawberry as the fruit source, you can use any other kind of fruit you have. (Tips: choose one that is sour and hard to stamp out)

šŸ“Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries: 500 grams

  • VieGou Shrimp salt: 300 grams

  • Sugar: 200 grams

  • A jar or a box (you also need the lid)



Step 1: wash the strawberries and cut off the stem

Step 2: put the strawberries in the jar or the box

Step 3: put shrimp salt and sugar inĀ 

Step 4: put on the lid and shake until sugar and shrimp salt covers all the strawberries

Step 5: eat it right away or put in the refrigerator and eat it when it’s cool

  • Store your strawberries in the fridge before shaking for better flavor.

  • The best way to consume is to eat it right away after shaking. If not, you can store it in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.Ā 

  • Use VieGou shrimp salt for the best taste and the most authentic flavor!
